Refund & Returns Policy

At Thrivin Gymwear, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If a product isn’t quite right, our returns process is designed to be clear, fair, and straightforward.


1. Return Period & Eligibility

You may return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it for any reason. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Products must be in resalable condition.
  • All original labels and tags must remain attached.

Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

All returns must be officially registered through our support channel. To start the process, please email us at thrivingymwearshop@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive further instructions via email. Thrivin is unable to process returns sent to unauthorized addresses without prior registration.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Depending on the method selected, shipping fees will either be paid during registration or deducted from your final refund amount.

4. Sale Products

Products purchased during a sale can be returned. You may choose one of the following options:

  • Exchange for another product.
  • A voucher for the product value.
  • A refund of the purchase price (minus return shipping costs).

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when requesting your return. All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is no longer available, we will contact you to offer an alternative product, a voucher, or a full refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at thrivingymwearshop@gmail.com. Please provide clear photos showing the issue so our team can review it and provide an appropriate solution.

7. Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 working days. After the refund is issued, please allow up to 3 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is complete.
